Hello, I wanted to see if other guest/hosts have this problem with airbnb. I have a receipt issue that needs to be corrected showing the vat paid on the service fee. I have engaged airbnb at least six times—on the phone or in the chat. I have extensive documentation. All airbnb needs to do is issue an updated receipt. Each time my request is said to be turned over to a team that only corresponds in email. Problem is that this never happens. Airbnb has not reached out. This seems to be how they get rid of people. Thoughts?
