Help with a difficult guest who messed up my place
Hello am new to the community and this is my first post. I have just met a difficult guest who messed up my place, clogged the toilet and refused to get out 4 hrs after check out. I am here to cry, don’t know what to do but come to the arms of fellow hosts. Sad that most people are leaving..
Unfortunately, these things happen. You should be able to get reimbursed. Open a case with Airbnb now.
Get things repaired and keep receipts.
Take photos.
Communicate with guest and write everything down. There is no reason why you shouldn’t get your money back. I know how distressing this can be, but don’t lose faith. X
