I think you have misunderstood how the cohosting programme works.

Cohosts are there to help you set up your listing, manage cleaners and tradespeople, manage guest communications and if there are issues with guests they aren't there to market your property (although they can help with price setting, writing copy for your listing, photography etc) which will help optimise your listing.
