How to only have a 2 weeks booking per month?

Hi!

I am in South Jakarta or to be exact, Tangerang Selatan, the suburb area just outside of Jakarta city. 

it is my side business to run my own B&B in my own Balinese Villa without guests having to visit Bali. 

I am more inclined to host guests of 2 weeks a month for every booking or 2 - 3 nights the minimum, however, only to people who understand what International B&B rule is all about.

Therefore I'd like to ask how to avoid guests which sadly are mostly locals I receive from Bookingdotcom which I was forced to delete since most guests are local who do not know how to respect the rules that come to stay in my house.

Therefore, I'd like to just focus on my Airbnb site only.

You have a lovely villa! Have you considered adding a minimum night length of stay for your listings?

This might help attract the type of guests you're looking for while filtering out those who don’t align with your expectations.
