How to review a guest who goes out of their way to find cleaning issues

I am seeking some thoughts on how to word a review for a guest who has gone out of their way to look for issues to complain about in relation to cleaning.

As an example they have lifted  a lounge up to photograph under it in order to claim it had not been cleaned under since the last guest checked out -  there was a small price of the dust cover fabric attached to the base of the lounge that was on the floor. They then lifted up other furniture to give it the same treatment. They have taken photos of a spot of dirt on the tiled floor - possibly brought in on their own shoes.  Photos of a spot on the grout between floor tiles - the spot is no bigger than a match head and looked like a water spot on the grout. Another photo shows a tissue with a dark smear on it strategically placed on the bathroom tiles to apparently claim the grout is dirty with no evidence that the smear was actually from the tiles or grout.

When I sent my cleaner around  as soon as I got the complaint, they were turned away and told there was no longer an issue.

I would really like the opportunity to go through the guests own house with a pair of white cotton gloves on wipe all the surfaces. I suspect I would find something to genuinely complain about.

The guest has 5 star reviews but given the passive aggressive nature of the communication the guest has demonstrated in their communication with me I have doubts these are accurate as the reviews were glowing and that certainly has not been my experience.

Any thoughts on how to review would be great as I dong want other hosts to have to face the same issues in future with this guest.
