Not sure why you included so much “entertainment” stuff if you’re concerned about it’s use. Potential misuse sounds like it’d be an ongoing issue. But, you might first check with your home insurance carrier re: damage, replacement, etc.
Would it be feasible to reiterate AirBnB’s policy on damage/loss to your guests?
Maybe put a simple notice inside the rental (as we did in the guest bathroom re: the septic system).
Or, in the future, just always close out that day.
Finally, as I’ve learned from the folks in this AirBnB community, trust your gut!
