To whom it may concern, I urge and call for fairness, not more.
Hope this message finds you well.

I'm writing you with grieve, sweat, tears, and blood invested to make my 9-year-old daughter's wish come true. All waisted by Airbnb's careless and reckless host, then no one from support answers us!!!

The issue regarding a reservation that was cancelled by the host's remarkably bad management that caused my family and I a lot much more than money, effort, and energy. Time, and so much more that is beyond money.

Kindly, find the details in the chat that took place between me and a hard-working Airbnb's team member and a sentiment father as he claimed in reference to reservation number:**.

Dear professionals, I indeed understand, value, and appreciate the support that one like Carlito has done, yet didn't help at all.

My family and I are stuck in Jeddah, KSA since 08:00 AM this morning after a 5-hr drive traveling to attend a soccer match. The city is almost fully booked. It Is now 18:48 PM and my family and I are still without a place to settle.

The host was not available, never answered our calls, we couldn't check-in. So, we demanded a check-in as soon as possible in the same standards of our reservation or better. We have been promised by Airbnb support team members and were given options to choose from, so we matched the value and picked a different stay. Unfortunately, our request was held after more than 6 hours of communication and wandering in the streets.

I urge whomever it may concern, I truly urge Airbnb community and the entire organization to take action and find us a place that suits our needs with respect to our initial booking's standards and level of accommodation.

I look forward to a serious positive and immediate resolution as soon as possible.

I dont have an international line to call from.. I was told by 2 Airbnb employees that you will contact me, unfortunately, no one did. It is enough loss that you caused me. I cant afford to call you a long distance call. Could you please answer my concern by email. Since its been the way we communicated since the very beginning of this hustle issue of the host. I look forward to you calling me and have provided my phone numbers. Though, I prefer contacting me by emails and this documented chat service.
