Is it possible to block someone from booking your space?

I am wondering if someone really unpleasant  for an unknown reason can we block them from booking with us in the future?

Also curious as to why it says we are a level when we have been a super host for 4 years?  Just curious??

Yes, you can block someone from booking again or contacting you:

Report or Block a Guest (or Host)

Levels in Community Center

The levels shown under your Profile just refer to how active you are in the Community Center, has no bearing on your Superhost status or with Airbnb.
