Airbnb is a wonderful company and can be both emotionally and financially rewarding.

Our advice is to focus on delivering good service.
Have clean, uncomplicated,  uncluttered but homely accommodation.

Focus on comfort & practical furniture. 
The bed is important , we recommend white clean fresh bedding and use a ”Topper” on the mattress. The is a smaller mattress that sits comfortably on the main bed. Keep bathroom spotless ✨

Of course not - this community is for us to provide feedback . You don't need to provide a referral link to provide feedback. 

if you look at the T&Cs for this community Airbnb clearly asks those using it not to use it to advertise their services whether it's being an ambassador, cohost or selling other services 

many of us who provide useful feedback to hosts are ambassadors and cohosts but we don't include promotional links in our posts .
