Listing in Pakistan - Nishat Colony - Lahore

I have a couple of properties across Lahore, and looking to put them on Airbnb. There is a property in Nishat Colony, and one of my colleagues told me that it * is not worth to put it on Aribnb even though its close to the airport.

Any comments with experienced hosts in Lahore?
