Long term rental in staines

Hi there,

I have someone who wants to stay for 3-6 months. I am aware of the 28 day recommendation so it doesn’t turn into a tenancy.

They have their own home address.

What I am wondering is can you do back to back 28 day contracts with your clients and not get tied into any tenancy agreement?

Thanks,

Laura

@Laura7641 I don't think you can get around the rules this way. You could however have them leave each month and break the stay that way. Do watch the FHL rules though as the total of a persons stay comes into play.

Thanks for your response. I’ll try and find out more on the FHL rules. Thank you!
