Missing reservation request

I have received an email notification that a guest has sent a reservation request. when I log into the host platform, there is no reservation request. Now airbnb is reminding me to respond within 24 hours, or my response rate will go down. I am stuck....suggestions on next steps? there doesn't seem to be a help chat for airbnb...

@Anne14157,

I would reach out to host support either via chat or call them to address this. It could be a glitch. @Bhumika @Paula @Rebecca (community host managers) is there anything else you can do - flag this post or send to the correct tech team? Thx!

thank you, I did call neighborhood support and they are looking in to it. ps, I have never seen a chat available with abnb reps., where might I locate that!?

@Anne14157,

I went looking on my app to give you directions. As a superhost I have it in my home page when I open the app in the middle. Contact superhost support.

Another way to find help is open the Airbnb app —> click on the bottom right icon menu —> then click on Help Center (in the middle of the page) —>scroll to the bottom —> click on the contact support button —> then it offers you the option to call or open a chat with Airbnb support.

Do not choose the leave feedback option or you won’t get specialized support. I’ve done this for general suggestions and host tech issues sometimes that did not need immediate support on my end but you don’t know when they might look at this and you do not get a response back if you choose leave feedback.

@Anne14157, if you’re responding to people, it’s best to use the at and their user name so it will notify them that someone mentioned them or responded to them. If you like my comment, that will give one a notification too.  Just letting you know as some people responded to me but didn’t like my comment so I had no idea they did until I randomly checked on the post to see if they replied and they did. I felt bad because I had no idea as they didn’t use the (at)username function so it didn’t notify me.
