It warms my heart so much that the AirBnB team recognizes and rewards hardworking Superhosts like me! My place is in a summer community, Sag Harbor, NY, and the brief high season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. But thanks to my Superhost status, guests book periodically all year round. I meet many wonderful guests from all over the world. Their personal stories inspire me to travel and support our wonderful AirBnB community. I love being part of the 'club'!

I believe great communication, and a clean/comfortable home/airbnb is essential. Making sure you meet your guests needs in a timely fashion, makes them feel appreciated, and grateful they stayed at your place.
