My app on my phone does not correspond with the one on my computer

I recently responded to a query for accommodation on the app on my cellphone, within the time limit given. I subsequently received an email that the request had expired because I did not respond within the allotted time. I have just checked on my computer- my message sent via my phone is not recorded there. I had previously also blocked off dates on one or the other of the two sites and affirmed that I did not want Instant Booking. However, much to my surprise and dismay, a booking was made for a blocked off period, without my having had a request re the availability of the accommodation.

It seems that the apps on my phone and on my computer are not talking to each other.  I also do not like the fact that my "non-response" might be detrimental to my listing.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with the app on your phone and computer. It can be frustrating when they don't seem to sync up properly. To get this sorted out, I suggest reaching out to the Support Team. They can look into the issue and see if there's a bug causing this problem.
