I recently responded to a query for accommodation on the app on my cellphone, within the time limit given. I subsequently received an email that the request had expired because I did not respond within the allotted time. I have just checked on my computer- my message sent via my phone is not recorded there. I had previously also blocked off dates on one or the other of the two sites and affirmed that I did not want Instant Booking. However, much to my surprise and dismay, a booking was made for a blocked off period, without my having had a request re the availability of the accommodation.
It seems that the apps on my phone and on my computer are not talking to each other. I also do not like the fact that my "non-response" might be detrimental to my listing.
Please help!
