My repeat guests can't find my listings!!!

Hi Everybody, my name is Mia, and was Wondering if other hosts have the same issues...Have been a host with 3 properties for 15 years but as of recently over the last 6 months our listings don't come up at all in searches...even my repeats guests can't find them on the website.  Even sent letters to corporate but no help....if it was the algorithm the listings would ultimately show up.  Not much luck with airbnb outsourcing centers either as they don't seem to have the tools to be able to help. All they can do is to escalate the issue that continues to be ignored....Any suggestions???

I took a quick look at your listing and here are a few things that I noticed:

The thing I think is hurting you the most is your 4.67 overall rating. Anything below 4.7 is risky territory and you'll be placed very low in the search results due to that low review rating. Looks like the listing was inactive for quite awhile? (2022) and I see only 2 reviews in 2024. This will also place you very low in search results. 

Your ALL CAPS warning about pymt in full for multi-month stays is a bit off-putting as well. I don't believe that is in line with Airbnb's TOS? If you are concerned about guests not paying for long term stays, you could try restricting the max stay to 30days and put a note in Other Details that guests can book multiple stays of 30days each if they like.

Your $250 seems high for a 1 bedroom/1 bath listing.
