New Messaging Platform

Has anyone found a work around on the new summer 2024 release message system. On the mobile app, it does not list your internal name of the property, it has the feature on desk top platform. We have numerous listings and are unable to decipher which property they are asking information about due to not being able to see the internal listing name. I understand if you only have 1 or 2 listings and may not need that feature visible as a host but we have 60... how can this new update miss such a crucial piece of information needed... any help???

Did you get a chance to have a look at some information provided about it in one of our Summer Release Q&A answers here : Airbnb 2024 Summer Release: Your questions answered . Recently, some fellow Hosts in our community shared a similar concern, and Airbnb has updated message threads to show Host's listing name instead of the listing location. 

Have you noticed the change since you posted a while ago? If not, I'd recommend to update the app if you're using a mobile device or followi below steps to troubleshoot : 

• Log out.
• Close all browser windows and tabs.
• Open a new window or tab.
• Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
• If you're using the app, delete and reinstall it.
• Log back in using your account email.
