UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING!!!
I was on a chat and was supposed to be a 1-2 minute chat, and I've been waiting 1/2 hour and still no reply. Literally, WTF.
How does a company this successful still manage to have absolutely the poorest customer service???
I've been on hold for more than a half hour now. Absolutely enraged!
You'd think after years of comments about the poor service that they'd clean it up - but apparently not!
