Opinion on a review please

I operate speedboat tours and would love to know what others think of a recent review.  We are fortunate to rarely receive any negative reviews.  However, we must take the rough with the smooth and learn from any criticism.  We recently welcomed a group of older ladies from a golf club on an experience.  They were in their 60's and 70's and great fun.  The only other guest was a young lady, who was keen to get some great pics for social media.  We made sure to make her welcome allowed her to board first and pick her seat. During the trip we took pictures of her on her phone.  Here is her 3 star review:

"My basic schedule was changed and so I had to arrive earlier than expected and I found myself in a group of grannies so I didn't really enjoy it. Otherwise it was not a bad experience itself"

@David10927 It feels like a truthful review to me. It really doesnt matter though if all your other reviews are more positive.
