Anyone else having this issue? We have a long turn stay and the guest ended being hard core drug addicts and completely destroyed our beautiful Oceanside condo they did $4000 worth of damage and theft.
Its Been 6 weeks and not a email! not a call! from Airbnb, NOTHING! we submitted all the pics and info for the claim "CRICKETS". This is how we make our living and Air BnB is not holding up there end of the deal! this company has really gone down hill since they went public. Someone Please HELP!

Since you didn't clarify. You should have had commercial business insurance. You could have made a claim through your insurance and they would have gone to Airbnb for the damages. That's according to a neighbour host whose guests did damage to the neighbours property.

@Johnny274 Two other options are available to you
1) Approach Airbnb via Twitter as they hate bad publicity
2) Launch a small claims court case. But you may lose due to the reasons below.
As others have said. No one should rely on Aircover as the damage element is NOT insurance and so is unregulated and Airbnb can basically do what they like (or do nothing as in your case!)
