Paypal Limitation

Hello, I am new to hosting and have started to fill up for the rest of the year.  I have had my Paypal account that I have been using for about 15 years and it has been working successfully for the past 6 month.  I have just had a big corporate booking and the funds have arrived in my Paypal account but Paypal have suddenly put a limitation on my account.  I supplied a drivers licence and a bank statement for the bank account linked to the Paypal account.  It has been 2 weeks now and I still cannot withdraw funds!  When I log in it says that my documents are under review, but there is no indication as to how long this will take.  I have not been able to speak to anyone in Paypal as I can't seem to make contact with a human being.  Obviously this is now havind a detrimental effect on my cash flow as I am having to use my own funds to buy supplies etc. 

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how long does it take to resolve?
