Possible InstantBook Glitch with new release?

Has anyone else noticed a possible instant book glitch? One of my listings hasn't had a booking for much longer than usual. I used an Incognito browser to search as a guest for my listing. I zoomed way in and found it. When I toggled on Booking options > Instant book, the listing disappeared from the potential options — but I do have Instant Book turned on... I reported this but am just getting canned responses saying that search results vary from day to day etc... I understand that... but the listing should show up no matter what when the InstantBook filter is chosen. I looked at all of my listings and actually, none of them show up when the Instant book filter is chosen as a guest would filter. I have and always have had InstantBook chosen on my listings. I'm wondering if this is a glitch due to the new upgrade with Airbnb. Is anyone else experiencing this? I hope it gets sorted soon. I don't have a Thanksgiving booking yet 😞

Thank you so much for your assistance. A fellow Airbnb host pointed out that if you have the good track record requirement set on the listing - and aren't logged in to Airbnb as a guest with a track record - then the listing wouldn't show as an Instant book option . I tested this, and that was the issue.

Sorry to hear your listing isn't showing up! I did flag this to the relevant team and they've asked which booking this might is affecting specifically. If you could post the link that would be great!

And just to confirm, is that you can't see your listing from a mock search or with someone else's account as well? 

They also relayed that if you could try some troubleshooting and see if the issue persists, that would be helpful to rule out some potential factors: 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email account

I have the same issue and I'm located in very busy area and I have 8 listings empty and never been like this before
