Pricing scrambled. Airbnb support has petered out...

Hi there

Our pricing has scrambled... figures gone crazy. Airbnb support no longer answering messages... we asked guest who was trying to book for 2 weeks to please wait and try again once airbnb has sorted pricing out. But now airbnb support is no longer answering any messages since 24 hours ago. I'm not sure what to do. 

My husband said that we should simply refer guests trying to book to our other 2 platforms,  booking.com and Lekkeslaap.  We can do this for now. But I also want our Airbnb platform repaired...

You'll can post some screenshots of your calendar and pricing, and explain precisely what is different from how you want it to be. There are many hosts here who can help you troubleshoot it, but it'll take some effort and probably many questions (because we can't access your calendar and pricing).

Just some quick addl questions:

 

Did you recently turn Smart Pricing ON or OFF?

 

Did you recently add a Dynamic Pricing Software to your listings?

 

Did you recently add a channel manager software to your listings?

 

Are you using Professional Tools and the multicalendar?

That sounds like a frustrating situation, I'm so sorry!

 

As Joan and Shelley suggested, we'd love to help further if needed, we'll only need you to share a little extra information with us on what exactly is going on. However as it's been a few days, perhaps you have now received an answer from customer support as well?
