Property listings without unique I.D reference

Who on earth would list thousands of properties with no system of being able to identify each one of  them.

just imagine estate agents doing exactly this with property management 

Its poor practice and sloppy to say the least.

It explains why when you ask about a particular one  they take so long on the call,because they can’t find it!

it’s inefficient and incompetent and just incredibly bad for the customer
