Hello, 

Hope everything is fine

I just want to inform you that my friend book for a reservation for a place but unfortunately the verification expires but still they get the partial amount in their bank the after a day they put it back in the bank then after another day get again the money in the bank and until now they did not put it back. 
But they really want to book that place so I book for them, then I get the reservation and paid the partial payment. 
The problem is they get the partial payment with the two of us. What should I do?
