SARB Mandate

We are CIPC registered as a PTY Ltd,  but the SARB mandate only gives me options of

- Financial Company

- Non Financial

- Government Entity

- Partnership, Trust or Sole Proprietors

What am I supposed to select??

Hi @Fiona122 - For a Pty(Ltd) you should select Financial company.

I tried partnership, trust, sole proprietors the last few times, but it failed. It also looks like the information that Airbnb submitted was that I have an individual account. Until now I have been unsuccessful in setting that straight, so my payouts are currently blocked.

Hi @Tjaart0 

When my Mandate was unsuccessful, I logged a querie on the bottom of the Mandate page, with the mandate reference number.  SARB came back to me a few days later and gave me the correct info to fill in.

Recipient type: Entity

and Non Financial

Hope this helps.  But you need to log a query, so that they can resubmit your Mandate.
