Refund requestion about my reservation

Hello, my reservation code is HMDMNKQSZA.

Normally we wanted spend our last days of this year in Tbilisi. But as you know for now there is a lot problems in Georgia about government decisions.

Because of the Georgian people protests, we decide to do not go Tbilisi for our security. We know normally there is no refund but for this special situation i guess you can help us about that. Me as a old hotel recepsionist, i want this favor from you.

I recommend communicating with Airbnb support and mentioned that the situation could fall under Extenuating Circumstance.

They will be the one to confirm if you are eligible for the refund or not. It will be helpful to save some news article to support your claim.

In the drop-down menu above, change from Community Center to Help Center. Select the reservation and type your message to Airbnb support.

If in Georgia there is a government travel advisory against travel to the area you are staying in - you can contact Airbnb and they should issue you with a penalty free cancellation.

if not any cancellation will be processed under the cancellation policy you booked under .
