Refund to guest

Hi I’m a host in Hawaii. A year ago a full refund was processed to a guest that was not supposed to be refunded. This guest stay at my air bnb from 9/26 - 10/4/2023.

A month later air bnb processed a full refund to he guest.

. I have been fighting trying to get air bnb to refund my payout for about a year now. Every time I message via app and call I get a different person. Any other hosts had the same experience?
