Is anyone else having issues with the resolution centre? We have had to use this feature four times in the last 2 years usually for damage to our property the latest takes hosting to the extreme though. We had to telephone the police before guests would leave an hour and a half late leaving us with only 2 1/2 hours to clean the entire property. We put in a claim for a late departure fee as detailed in our listing Airbnb will not provide us with an update or a time frame for resolution, they say they need to investigate but have all the Airbnb messages going back and forth with this guest and ourselves - time stamped what more do they need? When telephoning the resolution centre the first assistant could not deal with the query the second offered no assistance at all and refused to put me through to a supervisor what is going on?
