Reviews for guests who don't follow house rules

We had guests who left the kitchen area a mess , did not follow  some house rules.  I am the Co-host &  the cleaner.. My husband  writes the reviews & gave these people  a  higher review than deserved.  Can I rewrite or just add another  review.  I would not recommend them to other host, inspite of the great reviews  they have already.

What should I do in this case?

You can change the review that has been written for this guest only IF:

1. The 14 days for writing a review has not already elapsed
2. The guest hasn't already written a review for you

The guest has written one & the host ,my husband has written a brief  one.
