SEF, Foreigners and Borders Service request

Hi all, I've made a booking for Alqueva(Portugal) and the host asked me to fill out an application for  SEF, Foreigners and Borders Service agency since im from Italy. The link I was given is as follows: https://app.talkguest.com/GuestData.aspx?Account=398&Reservation=HMAPK5MFRN&Key=F590324&.

However I've lived in Lisbon for the past three years, and I also have residency in Lisbon. I was wondering if any Portuguese hosts/guests know if this is legit/needed in my case, since I need to share personal information

@Beatriz1060  Have you looked for the information on the associated government site?  I would not click the link, but I would browse the web to locate the site to educate myself on what would be required to enter another country as a guest. If the form that the host is requesting is legitimate, it will be on that government site and you can then proceed.

It appears to me that you just need a completed travel Visa.
