We just rented a place it was clearly not safe so we tried to change locations. AirBNB is not being responsive at at all and just get a automatized response that AirBNB is not responsible. The gate was broken to the entrance of the property and there were vagrants hanging around the entrance.
We just immediately rebooked a place, but airbnb is not helping with this change at all. Does anyone have any idea how to escalate this in customer support, they just keep closing the case as soon as contact support.
