Hi everyone,
I'm a new host and trying to work out how to set the check in day for Saturday just for the summer months when we have a 7 night minimum stay. AirBnB help centre say it can't be done, but I'm sure I've seen it on other people's listings, or am I imagining that??
Many thanks in advance.

Hello @Jeanette385
No you're not imagining it and CS are incorrect when they tell you it can't be done😡 You need to activate Professional Tools which is now available to us all and will not change your status as a host if you appear as an Individual host rather than a professional host, just so you know😉
By switching Pro tools on we are able to create special rules like different minimum stays, different check in/check outdays via Rule sets. We end up with two calendars, the one you know and a linear one called the Multi Calendar. A little more complicated than the regular one but once mastered, I love the flexibility it gives you. Here is the Airbnb link:

There are also some guides on the subject made by hosts. Click on your profile picture here and scroll down to Host Guides and search for Professional tools.
Any questions, pop back here😊
All the best

Hi @Jeanette385
You can create a rule set using professional hosting tools, and apply the rule only to your summer months.
Turn on professional tools in your account, here is a help article about it:

It takes a bit of time to get used to the rule sets, and they're only available on the website (not the app).
Thank you so much - really appreciate you taking the time to give me all that info.
I've done it - thanks so much!

It's worked! Took me a while to work out how to set up the professional tools, but now that I have it's sorted. Thanks to the community!
