I have a lady without respect, she knock the door early in the morning when the check in is at 3, she didn’t call, she went to the reception to ask the lobby about a reservation in Airbnb. She was very out of the planet, I didn’t. Check well but she have only one review. First time in United States she came from Chile. Muy malcriada I don’t know how to say in English. She seem sick and ansious. Her personality change too much, she try to give me gift and was kind apparently, I say thank you but I don’t need a handbag, keep for your family after I understand why, She lost my key and leave without communication. Never give me my key back. It was a very bad experience. I have to replace my locker of the door. She never pay and also she give me a bad recommendation when everyone where so happy in my place. And the most sad is that Airbnb never repare economic but the most Important never take out her bad review and believe the guest.
