Terrible Airbnb Experience at Penthouse*

1) The lack of hygiene in the building is a serious concern. The presence of a dead rat near the staircase not only creates a terrible smell, but also poses a potential health hazard. It is essential for the management to promptly address this issue in order to prevent the spread of disease, particularly in hot weather.

2) The presence of overflow AC water has created a hazardous condition in the doorway and surrounding area, presenting a potential danger to individuals, particularly children and those carrying heavy items. The listing owner **has requested us to undrain the AC water. It is imperative that customers do not attempt to handle the heavy steel water tank themselves, as this could lead to accidents and serious injury. The steel tank is extremally heavy with full of water. 

  

3) The frequent electricity cut-offs during the night are unacceptable and create a nightmare scenario for us. Having to navigate three storeys in the dark to re-energize the electricity is a dangerous and unacceptable situation that must be addressed immediately by the listing owner**.

 

4) The issue of noise nuisance has become increasingly problematic, with disturbances such as car alarms, loud conversations, and street musicians playing guitar and singing well into the midnight hours. These disruptions have had a significant impact on the quality of sleep and overall well-being of residents in the area.

 5) Additionally, the lack of Wi-Fi services for a prolonged period of 12 hours has caused considerable inconvenience, as we were forced to rely on our limited travel roaming data to stay connected.
