Unwanted and unwarranted guest

Dear friends,  good morning...

I am writing this to explain my experience so that it can help hosts to have an experience and be careful in future. 

My listing has a request that legitimate couples are allowed (unmarried couples are restricted)

A guest booked my property for 2 people for 1 day and I did not accept it immediately.  In my conversation with him on the app I asked him clearly whether the guest arriving are couples or stags to which he replied that they were 2 guys...

On his reply I accepted the booking request.  He checked in late in the evening (about 9 pm) and my care taker helped him to check in. 

Later @ almost midnight he invited an underage girl (female) at the property for the night.

Now there has been a police case and the guy is behind bar but since the incident happened on my property I have to face a lot of trouble.

My request to my friends to help me advice on how to ascertain such incidence do not happen again and what precautions should be taken to avoid such occurrence in future..
