@Ellyn25  If you mean Can you change your guest's reservation from the room they've booked to a different/better room?, then there is a button for making alterations to an existing reservation.... You'd need to go to your 'Reservations' tab & click on the one in question... (I can't look at how it works on mine, cos I have NO upcoming reservations, being just out of lockdown/travel ban here in the UK!)

- Try the 'Help' button on right of bar top of dashboard....
