Why can i not verify myself with my ID? passport, drivers license, with or black background. What does Airbnb need? ik really get anoyed sadly.

Hi @Almar18 ! When I check your Airbnb profile it says your identity has been verified, did you manage to get it verified in the meantime?

Yes, after at least 15 times (not kidding) I was verified. Why the helpdesk wasn t telling me I had to change my photo to one of myself clearly visible is the most annoying point. Still I do not know why Airbnb launched this. They have everything including creditcard. Airbnb will lose customers this way.
