WTF 50% refund for a missing TV ! Who else is sick of airbnb´s refund policy ?

There we go again:

Some guests have understood the system and come REFUND HUNTING, and airbnb ALWAYS plays along.

Your boiler stops working for an hour or two ? FULL REFUND !

No TV but it was listed by mistake ? 50% !

 

And wait a minute, if a guest does not get the refund through you he will leave you a bad rating and airbnb unlists you for five days AND refunds the guest - even if you don´t agree.

 

What can we do ? Who can we turn to ?

Who else has had a bad experience with AIRBNB ?

Haha welcome to airbnb world today i lost 2400 USD because there was a projector with entertainment in the listing which we have mentioned in details however we mentioned this as a TV and also put a note in description that there is a projector & airbnb refunded the guest 2400 USD. How inhumane by airbnb. I hope hosts boycott airbnb then probably airbnb will treat hosts fairly.

Are you boycotting Airbnb @Rakesh83 your listing shows you are still open to accept bookings? 

was the only issue with the guest an issue with the projector/tv? It would be highly unusual for Airbnb to offer a complete refund for one missing amenity .
