I am having a serious issue with airbnb, a guest reported a bed bug problem and after having pest investigators in they did indeed find them.
we had to shut things down and replace a couch and airbnb is denying us for any and all compensation.
bed bugs had to have been brought in by a guest… we do not have them in our house…. i believe that should fall under guest damage to our property.
thoughts?! plz tell me someone has had success fighting airbnb on this
