I just got new sheets and a comforter and both have stains. I got them in white so they could be bleached but it's not working. Anyone have any ideas? I hate to toss them, since I can no longer use for guests.

I will do so but can't really afford to have to buy new stuff.

I have had excellent luck using Clorox Clean-up with bleach on all my white sheets with stains. I also add vinegar to the wash cycle. If the stains don’t come out in the first wash, I soak with Oxi-clean and retreat with the Clorox, vinegar, and detergent.  I never dry my laundry until the stains are gone.
