re Company Boking Message thread with Host

Here is my question  I -as a guest have been booked for trips by companies through their 'company' account. In these cases I noticed  That my host, my booking company person and I have ALL be on the messaage thread so each is able to moniter the 'conversation'. Through the AIRBNB message app/message/inbox

 

I'm now on the flip side  I'm the company booking for a guest.

 

I have since booked guests through my company account (It is sent up for that) - however to my (very limmited) knowledge  I don't believe that all of us (host, guest and myself) have been on that message thread. Is there something specific I need to do  to make sure that is done. I believe my guest IS on the thread  with the host- but I am not.

I click it's a work trip, they get the guest info,the guest accepts. no I need to add my name somewhere aside from it being my account as well to make sure we are ALL on that thread?

I’ve just found human host (non management companies) are more willing to extended themselves to help you if you reach out to them in the beginning. Especially when AirBnb Ambassadors seem unable to help.
