Also, make sure that the photo of your ID is clear and in an acceptable file format (usually JPEG or PNG). If you've been trying to upload your ID via a web browser, switch to using the Airbnb mobile app, or vice versa. If you've tried all the above and still can't upload your ID, it's crucial to contact Airbnb support as soon as possible.
