we weren't able to confirm your profile >??

It keeps asking me to upload my id I've tried a dozen times its just not working am I going to loose the place I just reserved..??

@David11657 is there any error or message showing since it keeps on asking you to reupload your ID? Also, make sure that the photo of your ID is clear and in an acceptable file format (usually JPEG or PNG). If you've been trying to upload your ID via a web browser, switch to using the Airbnb mobile app, or vice versa. If you've tried all the above and still can't upload your ID, it's crucial to contact Airbnb support as soon as possible. Explain your issue in detail so they can help you and hopefully you won't loose your booking. Hope this helps!
