dedication rate

I have a question to ask yourself and respect the dedication rate, the percentage needed to get to the super host title is the 100% and to achieve this you should not have deleted the messages. I never deleted any messages and, despite this, the percentage of the rate of dedication is always 96%. Why? and how do I unlock this situation?
