Airbnb deleted my checkin and checkout times

Some lucky guest was able to book my place with NO CHECKIN TIME specified. I'll see him at 8am tomorrow!

Airbnb DELETED my checkin and checkout times. They were totally blank. They had been set up for 8 years just fine. So along with removing my Superhost status they are removing my rules. Thanks

Yes, this happened to me, twice. Just reset them to the hours you want. Probably a database upgrade wiped out some previous values, and no one does enough software testing anymore before they publish updates, so we are in effect the guinea pigs.  Not excusing Airbnb whatsoever, but it really pays to scan through your settings occasionally to make sure they are still set.

Truly unbelievable that they don't check functionality after an update. That is a huge bug. Thanks

@Susie0 @Pat271  This happened to me, too, a couple of times.  It was either a bug or a difference in the check-in time settings.  The new settings allow a check-in "window."  But there was honestly no reason to ditch the settings we had already chosen when inserting new settings.

Yes, this happens to me many times. 

Check-in and check-out times often deleted. probably because of the new update setting or bugs. 

After frequently reflects,  we need to go thought all setting every couple of days.  

Reset and correct again, assure guest can follow the available specify times.
