Are my listing pictures good?

hello everyone, would love to have your input on the pictures in my listing, I have been trying to improve on them as well as the interior design! any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jay!

Your Las Vegas house listing looks like a great space! Beautiful back yard. Biggest suggestion would be to add captions to the photos to give guests a better sense of what they’re seeing. Love the backyard photos, but the interior ones could be improved. The interior shot of the fireplace seems to be taken at night. Taking them during the day would hep. Also open all the blinds for the photos to let in natural light. 

For example, great pictures of the hot tub… but a detailed caption saying how many people the hot tub fits, ease of use, what view it has, etc. would be helpful. For example, “Modern and easy to use hot tub that seats 6 with a view of the starry night sky. Perfect for evening relaxation.” Also the shot of the flowers seems unnecessary. 

Same for the Las Vegas room only listing. Picture quality seems good, but captions would be beneficial. 

For interior design, the house listing does look a little sparse in terms of decor. I see a lot of black and white linens and decor, perhaps some more colorful art or rugs. 

For the rooms listing, perhaps a change in the style of linens. Almost looks like a kids bed room, but if you’re in Las Vegas area, I’m assuming you’re attracting more of a young adult crowd.
