Hey everyone, my family recently purchased 10 acres in rural Oklahoma. It isn't close to any particularly exciting attractions but I believe I might be able to offer a very quaint farmland vibe with basic and non basic amenities and activities. Does anybody have experience with hosting in remote, rural areas? Would starting a more basic rv park/camp sites with electrical and water be the smarter move? or go the tiny house direction? The startup capital will be very slim but I'm willing to reinvest in the business for the next couple years what's the risk involved? Any advice or critique is welcome

You will have to do market research because there are other platforms for your ideas.  This forum is set up to assist Hosts on the Airbnb Platform.

As @Marie8425  mentioned, there are other good platforms for RV parks. However, it’s becoming quite common to advertise RV parks on Airbnb as well. For example, you can check out these links or try doing a Google search for 'Airbnb RV parks' to find others with similar ideas:

On a small budget, glamping could also be an idea. It's becoming hugely popular on Airbnb. Check out Airbnb's own introduction to glamping listings in the U.S. here:

Glamping might mot be the best idea because you might have local health and safety regulations about providing bathrooms.
