EICR and Gas safety certificates

Do properties in England being rented to airbnb guests need EICR and gas safety certificates like they need if rented on AST's?

Yes you need an annual boiler safety certificate. EICR I think is every ten years. @David12938 

You also need to meet fire safety regulations introduced last autumn.

you may need planning permission depending on the type of property .
