Energy Grant

Hi Everybody 

Has anybody got anywhere with the £3000 energy grant.

I sent in a quote but received a reply that the quote had to come from a Trustmark registered installer even though the terms & conditions state the contractor doesn’t have to come from the list provided.

There are very few companies in the North East on the list and I can’t find any prepared to come out to quote for installing a new condensing boiler.

I haven't even got to that stage. I filled in the form, got an automated email confirming I'd filled it in, and nothing since. That was over a month ago.

The grants were due to be awarded by the end of January 2023, did anyone even get a reply, let alone an award of a grant?

Is it made public who is awarded the grants?

@Tim-And-Alex0 we finally got a letter to sign so I believe we will get the £3000 once our new windows are fitted. The letter has a mid Feb deadline so I suspect they are somewhat behind with things.
