Event pricing

Our lodge is 4000 sq feet & I have had a couple of successful bookings so far. My place is big enough to host birthday parties, reunions etc but am not sure how to price that separate from the per night fee?  Any suggestions or advice how to handle these type of bookings🤗 thank you

@Barbara2633 Don't book them through Airbnb. Other hosts who do events bookings may have suggestions for better platforms and other tips for you.

@Barbara2633  Use Peerspace for events and require event-holders to get event insurance.
