Our SuperHost family own and operate several airbnb listings and own and operate a Bed and Breakfast as well.   We are looking to expand our management services strictly in the Capital Region of New York.  We believe it is critical to be local and not an "absentee landlord".   How can we get the word out in the Airbnb platform?

Develop a marketing plan to identify how you can promote your services to hosts you have identified as your target market. And which clearly identifies what you can offer that is different/better than your competitors.

You can't use the Airbnb platform to promote your business.

It's also against the terms of this community to use it to promote commercial services such as co-hosting.
